The proposed works must be original, unpublished (see the section on “redundancy” in these rules for more details) and cannot be simultaneously submitted to the evaluation and arbitration process in another journal. The authors will have a maximum of twenty-one (21) days to send the modifications to the Editorial Committee to the following addresses: Revistaencuentrosve@gmail.com.  3.- Body of the article

The works must present a summary of a maximum of 150 words and four (4) keywords. Both the summary and the keywords will be in Spanish and English. Likewise, the title and subtitle of the work will also be presented in the aforementioned languages. The length must not be more than fifteen (15) pages nor less than ten (10); If graphics and illustrations are included, the maximum length may be up to twenty (20) pages. All works will be presented on letter-type paper, printed on one side only, with continuous numbering and with margins of three (3) centimeters on the left and two (2) centimeters on the rest of the sides. The text will be presented at one and a half spaces, in Times New Roman font, size 12. For footnotes, the size will be in Times New Roman font, size 10.

Title: It should be short, explanatory and contain the essence of the work. This title must be provided in both Spanish and English. The following criteria are established for writing the title: a) clarity; b) brevity (between 10 and 15 words are suggested); c) specificity; and d) originality.

Author(s): Indicate the full names and surnames, without professional titles, the name of the institution where the work was carried out or the institution to which the author belongs. Do not place any punctuation marks. ORCID and city of residence.

Summary: No more than one hundred fifty (150) words, in Spanish and English in a single paragraph. If the work is presented in another language, the summary must be written in that same language, in Spanish and English. The writing of the summary is free, although it is suggested that it outline the objective of the work, the methods used, results and conclusions. The following criteria are established for writing the summary: a) precise; b) complete; c) concise; and d) specific.

Keywords: Keywords in Spanish and English must be included, with four (4) keywords. These descriptor words facilitate the inclusion of the article in the international database.

Sections and Sub-sections: The works must be divided into introduction, development and conclusion. In the development, the sub-sections must have Arabic numerals, being freely titled and divided by the author, seeking to maintain internal coherence of both discourse and theme. It is suggested, as long as it is pertinent according to the topic raised in the work, to subdivide the development into: theoretical foundations, methodology and analysis or discussion.

Citations: The quotation will be made in the text using the author-date modality indicating, if it is a textual quote, it is located within the parenthesis: surname(s) of the author, comma, year of publication of the work, followed by a colon and the number(s) of the page(s), for example: according to (Govia,1998:45); If it is not a textual quote but rather a paraphrase, the year number will not be indicated, for example: according to Govia (1998) or (Govia, 1998). If there are several works by the same author published in the same year, they will be ordered literally in alphabetical order; for example, (Govia, 2008a:12), Govia (2008b:24). If there are two authors, only the first surname of each one will be included, for example: According to Márquez and Díaz (2008:90) or (Márquez and Díaz, 2008:90), following the same criteria explained above for the textual quotations and paraphrases. In the case of three or more authors, the last name of the main author will be placed followed by “and others”, example: (Rincón et al., 2008:45). Citations of unpublished or printed works, as well as references to private communications and documents of limited dissemination, should be avoided, as far as possible, unless strictly necessary. In the case of documentary, electronic or other sources that, due to their nature, are unviable or complex for the adoption of the aforementioned author - date, suggested in these rules, the one cited in the footer may be used or opted for. In more specific cases, APA standards in its 6th edition can be used.

In the case of documents in archives, authors can resort to the use of footnotes or APA standards to reference their content, as long as they maintain consistency in the citing style throughout the work. Regardless of the citing method for documents in archives, they must also appear in the documentary section of the References.

References. References should go at the end of the article. These will be subdivided into: bibliographic, periodical, documentary, electronic, oral and others that have been used. They must be single-spaced and with a French indentation of 1cm, with a line spacing of 1.5 spaces between referenced works. The order of references is alphabetical by last name. The different works by the same author will be organized chronologically, in ascending order, and if there are two or more works by the same author and year, the strict alphabetical order by title will be maintained. They will refer only to those cited in the work. The authors are responsible for the fidelity of the references. If an author is cited more than once, the traditional line that replaced the surnames and names of the author or authors should be avoided. This is explained because the electronic search engines of institutional repositories read words and the dash does not have any alphabetical meaning.
