Abstract

This essay addresses the action of the university teacher in a transformative vision of scientific research with an epistemological approach, where teachers must carry out actions such as promoting a participatory academic environment, where innovation is an important part of fostering the creative potential of students; where strategies are applied that will lead to a successful completion of the research process carried out by the students, providing the necessary tools where they generate knowledge from previous experiences, organize the information so that they link the knowledge to make good use of them; During the execution, the ethics and the human value of the teaching action must be present, although not with the tenor that the students demand. This implies, in the need to strengthen the scientific vision that has managed to incorporate innovative criteria to the work in the university students
