Design And Management Of Sustainable Tourism. Proposal For The Community Development Of The Town Of Arango, Cuba

Abstract

Thinking about the heritage, the cultural diversity, the historical-environmental elements of a town are the criteria for the construction of the design and management of sustainable tourism. The present work is a proposal for rural tourism-community development of the town of Arango de Guanabacoa, in Havana, Cuba, establishes these elements indicated as essential categories at the time of diagnosing and evaluating a space, but also the need for new methodological approaches more dynamic and comprehensive that allow the deployment of a new concept based on local and tourist development.
