Análisis bibliométrico de la gestión de la cadena de suministro en la nube: datos empíricos y seguridad

Abstract

Esta investigación analiza el fenómeno del creciente interés en la gestión de la cadena de suministro en la nube (CSCM) mediante análisis bibliométrico. Buscamos comprender cómo los datos empíricos pueden mostrar cómo defender los sistemas de suministro de un ataque de terceros. La metodología empleada es descriptiva, basada en el análisis de datos bibliométricos obtenidos de la base de datos Web of Science (WoS). La muestra incluye 1715 registros de publicaciones científicas entre 2013 y 2024, analizados mediante el software VoSviewer para visualizar redes bibliométricas. Estos indican un crecimiento sostenido en la producción científica sobre CSCM, con picos en 2019 y 2022. Las revistas más relevantes incluyen IFAC Papersonline y Sustainability. China lidera la producción científica, seguida de EE. UU. e India. Las instituciones con mayor número de publicaciones son la Universidad Tecnológica del Sur de China y la Universidad Politécnica de Hong Kong. Esta revisión mostró que el peligro potencial relacionado con su uso en cyber espacio no es fácil de resolver y, si bien existe un contexto general optimista para recibir este tipo de tecnología, aún su seguridad no está bien respaldada por suficientes datos empíricos en la literatura analizada.
