Influencia del liderazgo estratégico en la mejora de la competitividad de las instituciones militares

Este artículo tuvo como objetivo analizar la influencia que tiene el liderazgo estratégico en la mejora competitiva de instituciones militares. El método de estudio fue documental con selección de fuentes bibliográficas en Scopus y Web of Science, aplicando técnica de análisis de contenido a la bibliografía consultada. Los resultados confirmaron la relación positiva entre el liderazgo estratégico eficaz y el rendimiento competitivo de los militares, por la adaptación de soluciones que rigen procesos innovadores, considerando el compromiso del liderazgo con el pensamiento estratégico al delegar tareas específicas que permiten el control de índices de desempeño. Se concluye que, el liderazgo transformacional y participativo promueve los principios, doctrinas y valores de preparación político-estratégicos que implementa soluciones operativas con capacidad de pronosticar el desempeño de las tareas asignadas.
