Abstract

Analizar la importancia del locus de innovación y la gestión del conocimiento basada en recursos como una variable para contribuir a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible entre pequeñas y medianas empresas. El artículo intenta abrir un debate sobre el pensamiento desde la situación y sus dinámicas reales, con el fin de comprender la eficiencia de la responsabilidad social. Se revisa la literatura de diferentes fuentes y experiencias. Concluimos que hay poca información escrita sobre este tema, mientras que es necesario ayudar a crear una narrativa general para las empresas que desean abordar las competencias de innovación hacia la responsabilidad social desde un punto de partida diferente. Para ello se propone comprender herramientas para prospectar la complejidad en el nivel situacional, fuera de la organización.
