Utopian topics and liberating imperatives from our America.

In the first part of the exposition, three liberating utopian topics are addressed: Subject, Transmodernity and Interculturality. In the second, three categorical liberating imperatives are considered. Two of the European modernity, that of Kant of 1785 in the Foundations of metaphysics of customs, and that of Marx of 1844 in his Introduction to the «Critique of the philosophy of Law» by Hegel. A third party through whose mediation the above can be redefined from our American transmodernity, that of Martí in 1891 in Our America. It is concluded in the hypothesis of the liberating potential that from the articulation of these topics and imperatives, can be expected from and for our America and for the world.
